We utilize a soft wash system, which entails first clearing of the obvious debris. The goal is to get about ninety percent of the debris off of the roof in order to allow the proprietary chemical treatment to do what it does best. We don't want any of our customers wasting their money attempting to perform this service during an in-optimal season.
